Submitting this form requests a visit and does not create a paid contract or take payment. Mo confirms the job, staffing and time personally. The hourly rate shown is fixed; materials are charged extra.

Scope, price and appointment are agreed personally by email, WhatsApp or phone after the non-binding enquiry.

Request and confirmation

Your request is not binding until FixitMo confirms it. While your request is open, the time you chose is reserved for you and not offered to anyone else. FixitMo usually replies the same day by the evening, or by midday the next day for requests sent late in the evening. If FixitMo cannot confirm the appointment, the reservation is released automatically, you receive an email and no contract is concluded.

Prices and team visits

Published consumer prices include 19% VAT. Every job has a minimum job price equal to two hours of labour at the current rate; materials and additional costs are agreed separately. The advertised rate applies to Mo’s labour. Extra team members and office projects require an agreed quote; no team availability or completion deadline is guaranteed by an enquiry.

Cancelling or moving a confirmed appointment

Please cancel or move a confirmed appointment at least 24 hours before it starts, so FixitMo can offer the time to someone else. Later cancellations, or not being there when we arrive, may be charged as one hour of labour at the current rate. You remain free to show that no loss, or a much lower loss, occurred. Your statutory right of withdrawal below is not affected.

Withdrawal rights for consumer service contracts

This information applies to service contracts carrying withdrawal rights, agreed remotely or away from business premises. An enquiry is not a contract.

You can withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract. Send a clear statement, for example by letter or email, before that deadline to:

The easiest way is online: Withdraw from contract. You get a receipt by email straight away.

On withdrawal, payments received are refunded promptly, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. No refund fees apply. If you expressly requested work during the withdrawal period, a proportionate payment for work performed before withdrawal may be due.
